Ultra 155 & 230 Gas Boilers Recalled by Weil-McLain
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Weil-McLain Company of Michigan City, Ind. is voluntarily recalling about 1,700 Gas Boilers. The gas valve mounting screws on the recalled boilers may have not been fully tightened during the assembly process and may have come loose in transportation. Weil-McLain is concerned that loose gas fittings could result in leaking gas, fire and/or explosions that could cause bodily injuries or property damage.

ECR International Recall of Gas Boilers
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), ECR International, of Utica, N.Y., is voluntarily recalling about 8,000 gas-fired boilers. The burners on these boilers could produce excess carbon monoxide (CO) in the flue, due to improper combustion, posing a risk of CO poisoning to consumers.

Viessmann Manufacturing Company (U.S.) Inc., Recall of SR-RN-2 and SR-RN2R Boiler Control
Viessmann Manufacturing Company (U.S.) of Warwick, R.I. is recalling 190 SR-RN2 or SR-RN2R controls, which are installed in Atola-RN Boilers. The recalled units were manufactured between December 1998 and December 2001. This is the entire production of these controls. (The controls do not have a date code that can be seen by consumers.) The boilers were sold nationwide by wholesalers and distributors.

Gas Boilers Recall/Repair by Weil-McLain
In cooperation with the U.S. ConsumerProduct Safety Commission (CPSC), Weil-McLain, of MichiganCity, Ind., is recalling 8,500 Weil-McLain gas boilers forfield adjustment of the gas control valve. These boilers'gas control valves, made by White-Rodgers, could have gaspressure settings that are too high. Incorrect gas pressurecan cause the boiler to produce dangerous carbon monoxide,which can then leak, causing serious injury or death.
