May 12, 2005- Delta Enterprise Corp. Recall of Lov’s Pacifiers
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Delta Enterprise Corp is voluntarily recalling about 180,000 Lov’s Decorated Orthodontic Pacifiers. The pacifiers are banned under federal law. They failed federal safety tests when the nipples separated from the base. This poses a choking hazard to young children.
April 20, 2005- California International Trading Recall of Pacifiers and Two Electronic Toys
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), California International Trading, of Los Angeles, Calif. is voluntarily recalling about 5,000 Light-up Pacifiers, New Style Piano Toys, and High Toys Choochoo Toy Trains. The pacifiers and toys can easily break apart, exposing small parts. This poses a choking hazard to young children.
April 7, 2005- Solar Inc. Recall of Flashing Toy Pacifiers
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Solar Inc. of Tappan, N.Y. is voluntarily recalling about 24,000 Flashing Pacifiers or 2-in-1 Flashing Pacifiers with Whistle Necklaces. The nipple can detach from the base, posing a choking hazard to young children.

The pacifiers are banned under federal law. They failed federal safety tests when the nipples separated from the base and can pose a choking hazard to infants and small children.

The nipple can detach from the pacifier, posing a choking hazard to young children.

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Natura Products Downey Inc., of City of Commerce, Calif. is voluntarily recalling about 9,400 Jaloma pacifiers. The pacifiers are banned under federal law. They failed federal safety tests, come apart, and can pose a choking hazard to infants and small children.
September 17, 2003- "Comforts" Pacifiers Recalled by Apothecary Products Inc.
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Simon & Schuster Inc., of New York, N.Y., is voluntarily recalling 154,000 "Comforts" pacifiers. These pacifiers fail federal safety tests, come apart, and can pose a choking hazard to infants and small children.

The nipples onthese pacifiers could separate from the base, posing achoking hazard to children.
